LIVE Muskox Cam: UAF Large Animal Research Station – Alaska | explore.org

This live Muskox Cam is at the Robert G. White Large Animal Research Station (LARS) at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Located just north of the UAF campus, this facility is dedicated to the study of Arctic biology, nutrition, and the incredible adaptations that allow these "Ice Age" survivors to thrive in the frigid North. The camera overlooks the main pasture, home to a diverse herd of males and females of various ages. During the spring and summer months, this stream may also feature the Calf Barn, where you can watch the newest additions to the colony as they grow and interact with researchers.
